CURRENT RESEARCH ACTIVITIES: De-greening of canola seeds

RESEARCH INTERESTS

I am interested in research on postharvest engineering, modelling and simulation, food processing, optimization of postharvest processes, food-energy nexus, valorization of bioresources and environmental engineering.

I am open to collaboration with other researchers from various disciplines in offering solutions to agricultural production and postharvest operations.
