  2. Supervised Agricultural Land Development of 500 ha Farm at Agu Ukehe and Baseline Survey of 1000 ha Proposed Farm at Amankpunato Achi Enugu State for Agricultural Land Development Authority(NALDA), 1994 to 2000
  3. Supervised the National Tractor and Equipment Rhabiliation Progarmme of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources in Enugu State, 2002.
  4. Developed the Blue Print for Agricultural Land Development Project at Ezillo Ebonyi For International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) National Programme Unit, Value Chain Development Programme Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Maitama District, Abuja
  5. Leader for Drafting of a Bill for Act for Establishment of Nigerian Institute of Agricultural Engineers. The Bill has passed through the first reading in the Senate.
  6. Developed a Model for Figuring the Cost of Agricultural Bush Clearing
  7. Developed a Community Based Approach for Mechanizing Small Farms in Nigeria
  8. Attracted 59 research materials which include; books, research guides, policy briefs, journals, proceedings, etc to Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike from Raw Materials Research and Development Council, Abuja.
